What YOU Do:

The Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing renovation progress from start to finish of residential and commercial properties. In this role you will also manage the assigning of contractors to each project, ensuring quality of work throughout the process.

Your Background Profile:

Required: Minimum of 5 years of construction project management experience, with emphasis on renovation.
- Oversight of large scale residential and commercial projects
- Ability to read blueprints
- Knowledge of local rules relating to permitting, construction, etc.
- Ability to accurately measure spaces for flooring, countertops, cabinetry, etc.
Strong computer skills including Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn new programs and software quickly
Minimum of High School Diploma, some college preferred
Bilingual in Spanish required
Ability to travel to client's location- locally and outside of local region
20/20 technical skills a plus
PMP certification a plus
