Pay: $18.00/hr- $30.00/hr (based on demonstrated experience) Plus bonus opportunity
What You Do:
As a Custom Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the professional installation of custom home theaters and whole home or business systems.
Your Background:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Valid Texas DL required
- Basic computer skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with the following (3-5 yrs):
- Structured pre-wire for whole home audio/video distribution, network, satellite, keypad/touch panels, camera systems in new and retro fit construction
- Rack design and cable dressing
- LCD/LED/OLED TV installation, mounting, wiring
- Projector/Screen installation and calibration
- In-ceiling/in-wall speaker installation
- Crestron or Universal Remote Control (URC) programming experience a PLUS
- Excellent communication skills and customer service attitude
- Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs (or more with assistance)
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes and troubleshoot issues
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated
- Availability to work Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm (some Saturdays may be required)
